Along with BB&T Capital Markets, Inc. (lead), BellMark Partners, LLC co-advised Golden State Overnight Delivery Service, Inc. (the “Company” or “GSO”), a portfolio company of The Halifax Group, in its sale to General Logistics Systems B.V. (“GLS”), a leading parcel service provider in Europe. GLS is a subsidiary of Royal Mail plc, the parent company of Royal Mail Group Limited, the leading provider of postal and delivery services in the UK.

The Company provides overnight delivery services to every address in California and metropolitan regions of Arizona and Nevada. The Company’s business model and exceptional service make it an effective alternative to the national delivery carriers.

Transaction Description
