BellMark Partners LLC arranged senior and subordinated debt financing to support the sale of Tri Wire Engineering Solutions, Inc. to a newly formed Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) on behalf of its employees. Tri Wire is a leading provider of installation, maintenance, and other technical support services to the cable and telecommunications industries in the United States. Founded by current CEO John Wade as a “greenfield” project in 1999, Tri Wire has since grown organically to become one of the largest independent broadband installation contractors in the United States.

Business Description

Tri Wire provides a full complement of outsourced services to the top multiple subscriber organizations (“MSOs”) in the cable industry, including Cablevision, Charter, Comcast, Cox, and Time Warner, as well as Metrocast and ADT Security Systems. With an average of over 1,000 employees over the last several years, the Company is one of the largest independent support service companies serving the cable and telecommunications industries in the United States.

Transaction Description

BellMark Partners, LLC acted as the Company’s financial advisor in connection with the transaction and arranged the financing herein. BellMark Partners was selected by the Company due to its industry experience and senior-level attention to transaction execution.
