BellMark Partners, LLC advised Medical Positioning, Inc. (the “Company” or “MPI”) in its sale to Altimate Medical, a Morton, Minnesota based manufacturer of medical positioning equipment to support therapy for children and adults with disabilities.

Business Description

Medical Positioning, Inc. is a market leader in the design and manufacture of premium, high-quality diagnostic imaging surfaces (e.g. beds, tables, and chairs) for the cardiology, general ultrasound, and women’s healthcare segments. Since its inception in 1988, the Company has built and maintained a premium brand reputation in the marketplace for designing, engineering, and assembling products that are highly regarded by leading healthcare providers. MPI’s products are designed to improve diagnoses by properly positioning patients in order to produce more accurate images while protecting sonographers against work related injuries. The products designed and assembled by MPI enable hospitals and clinics to increase patient throughput without sacrificing image quality.
