BellMark Partners, LLC (“BellMark”) advised Newport Business Capital, Inc. (“Newport” or “the Company”) in raising growth capital through a senior-secured credit facility arranged by SR Alternative Credit, a provider of asset-based loans to lower-middle market companies. The senior debt facility is held at a special purpose subsidiary of Newport and will help fund the expansion of Newport’s core business.

Headquartered in Woodstock, Georgia, Newport is a leading business services company, offering merchant cash advances as a short-term funding solution to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. The Company utilizes selective underwriting criteria to maintain a well-diversified and reliable portfolio of merchant contracts across many major industries. Newport was founded in 2024 by Cliff Hardwick, one of the original leaders of the merchant cash advance (“MCA”) industry. Mr. Hardwick and his management team have previously built two of the largest companies in the MCA industry and have over 80 years of combined experience.

BellMark acted as the Company’s exclusive financial advisor in connection with this transaction. BellMark was selected by the Company due to its experience in business services and commitment to providing senior-level attention to transaction execution.
