Megan Horvath has more than 20 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, and strategic advisory services. Throughout her career, she has partnered with founders, family-owned businesses, management teams, and investors across a broad range of industries, helping clients evaluate strategic alternatives, structure transactions, raise capital, and navigate ownership transitions.

Prior to joining BellMark in September 2026, Megan co-founded Tremont Growth Partners, an independent sponsor focused on founder- and family-owned businesses in the Midwest. There, she sourced investment opportunities, evaluated companies, and worked closely with business owners as they evaluated strategic and ownership alternatives, including growth investments, recapitalizations, and succession planning.

Earlier in her career, Megan was a Principal at Resilience Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm. There, she completed numerous investments and acquisitions across the industrial, business services, and consumer sectors and served on the boards of several portfolio companies. Megan began her career in corporate and investment banking at KeyBanc Capital Markets.

Megan earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).

Andy Vollmer, Managing Director and Head of BellMark’s Cleveland Office said, “I’m very excited to work with Megan again. The focus of BellMark is our clients and our culture, and Megan’s substantial network and approach to cultivating relationships and transactions will expand our reach and services, strengthen our culture, and enable us to grow as a firm.”

We are thrilled to welcome Megan to the team and look forward to the value she will bring to our clients and firm.
