BellMark Partners, LLC (“BellMark”) acted as co-advisor to CompletePet Holdings, LLC (“CompletePet” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, in its sale to Blue Sea Capital, a private equity firm based in Miami, FL.

Business Description

Headquartered in Miami, Florida, with an additional facility in Milton, Vermont, CompletePet is an industry leading developer, formulator, and manufacturer of pet wellness products. CompletePet partners with pet wellness brands to develop and manufacture high-quality, innovative pet health products, including soft chews, topical liquids and sprays, oils, powders, and other customized formats. With integrated facilities, custom formulation capabilities, and decades of scientific and operational expertise, CompletePet delivers consistent, scalable solutions that support pet supplement brands’ growth.

Transaction Description

Led by Houlihan Lokey, BellMark acted as the Company’s co-advisor in connection with the completion of this transaction. Additionally, BellMark served as the Company’s exclusive financial advisor in relation to its original transaction with Align Capital Partners in 2021. BellMark was selected by the Company due to its animal health industry experience and senior level attention to transaction execution.
