BellMark Partners, LLC advised Hudson Design Group LLC, Hudson Design Engineering PLLC, ProVertic, LLC, and Hudson Engineering Services LLC (collectively, the “Company”, “Hudson”, or “HDG”) in its sale to Tower Engineering Professionals, Inc., a Raleigh, NC based provider of telecommunication engineering and construction services, owned by Prairie Capital a Chicago based private equity firm.

Hudson is a full-service engineering, project management, and architectural services company primarily serving the telecommunications industry. The Company provides services directly and indirectly, through third party telecom service providers, to the nation’s largest wireless carriers and telecommunications service providers. In addition to serving the telecommunications sector, the Company offers a broad range of engineering and architectural solutions to clients in the commercial and residential building construction and energy sectors.

BellMark Partners, LLC acted as the Company’s exclusive financial advisor in connection with the completion of this transaction. BellMark Partners, LLC was selected by Hudson due to its business services industry experience and senior-level attention to transaction execution.
