Planet DDS, Inc., based in Irvine, CA is the industry leading provider of proprietary dental Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) and Revenue Cycle Management (“RCM”) services. The Company offers a proprietary product called Denticon, a web-based practice management system designed to help manage dental practices. The Company also offers Dentiray, a web-based digital image management software application; and Dentigram, an online patient relation management system. The Company’s software applications help dentists better evaluate the overall health of a practice’s operations, eliminate operational inefficiencies, encourage sustainable business practices, and improve profitability. The Company’s software applications manage over 5 million patient records and are currently being used by more than 6,500 unique users in over 1,300 locations across the United States.
